摘要
目的对已发表的关于手术切除结合曲安奈德注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的相关研究进行Meta分析,为临床上使用手术切除结合曲安奈德注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩提供循证医学方面的证据。方法检索Pub Med、Cochrane Library、Embase、中国知网、万方医学网、维普等中英文数据库从建库至2020年10月已发表的关于手术切除结合曲安奈德注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的相关研究并进行Meta分析。结果共13项研究纳入Meta分析,包含417例瘢痕疙瘩患者。经过Meta分析可知手术切除结合曲安奈德注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩患者的治愈率为71.7%,复发率为18.5%,不良反应的发生率为9.6%。Egger检验未发现纳入研究间存在明显发表偏倚。结论手术切除结合曲安奈德注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效显著,值得在整形外科临床中推广使用。但本次Meta分析仍存在局限性,研究结论仍需要更多的设计合理、执行严谨、样本量大的相关临床研究来进一步验证。
Objective By analyzing the published studies on the treatment of keloid by surgical resection combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection,we aim to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical application of surgical resection combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection for the treatment of keloid.Methods The Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Embase,CNKI,Wangfang,CQVIP and other databases were searched.Several studies on surgical resection combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection in the treatment of keloid from database establishment to October 2020 were collected for meta-analysis.Results A total of 13 studies were included in meta-analysis,including 417 patients with keloid.Meta-analysis showed that the cure rate of surgical resection combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection in patients with keloid was 71.7%,the recurrence rate was 18.5%and the incidence of adverse reactions was 9.6%.Egger’s test did not find a significant publication bias in the included studies.Conclusion Surgical resection combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection was effective in the treatment of keloid.It should be considerable for clinical promotion and application.However,this meta-analysis still had limitations,and the conclusions still need more reasonable design,rigorous execution and large samples for further verification.
