摘要
为解决叩击法单参数识别衬砌脱空准确率低的问题,提出了基于多参数投影面积变异比的脱空识别技术。该技术采用与脱空强关联的声谱频宽、最大频率、频谱波峰数量、频谱质心四项特征参数,并以同环境下无脱空特征参数信息为基准,计算测试数据的特征参数投影面积变异比,通过变异比值大小评价衬砌脱空情况。其中阈值是评价衬砌脱空与否的关键,要用大量的物理模型样本实测数据进行确定。本文以0.013为评价阈值,面积变异比大于该数值,评价为脱空,脱空模型的错报(漏报)率低至2.3%。该识别技术已应用于地铁道床脱空的检测中,在注浆前后分别进行了检测,效果良好。
In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of single-parameter lining void identification by percussion method,a void identification technology based on multi-parameter projection area variation ratio was proposed. The technology adopts four characteristic parameters of sound spectrum bandwidth,maximum frequency,spectrum peak amount and spectrum centroid which are strongly related to void. Based on the characteristic parameter information without void in the same environment,the variation ratio of characteristic parameter projection area of test data was calculated,and the void of lining was evaluated by the variation ratio. The threshold is the key to evaluate whether the lining is void or not,and its acquisition is determined by a large number of measured data of physical model samples. In this paper,0.013 was taken as the evaluation threshold. When the area variation ratio is greater than this value,it is evaluated as void,and the false positive(false negative)rate of the void model is as low as 2.3%. This identification technology has been applied to the detection of the subway track bed void,and the detection has been carried out before and after grouting,respectively,with good results.
