摘要
分析了爪型干式真空泵国产化应用改造的过程,在进口爪型干式真空泵的运行经验基础上,从工艺流程优化、新材料应用、冷却方式改造、机械密封型式改进等方面进行了国产化改造,改造后的爪型干式真空泵在运行稳定性、安全可靠性上面均有所提升,设备后期维护保养效率也得到了提升,维修成本大大降低。
This paper analyzes the application process of localization and transformation of claw dry vacuum pump. Based on the operation experience of an imported claw dry vacuum pump,in the process optimization,new material application,cooling mode transformation,mechanical seal type improvement and other aspects of domestic improvement. After improved the operation stability,safety and reliability of the vacuum pump are improved,and the maintenance efficiency of the equipment in the later period is improved,and the maintenance cost is greatly reduced.
