摘要
目的观察自体脂肪移植联合A型肉毒毒素注射在面部年轻化中的应用效果。方法自2018年5月至2020年6月,南充市中心医院烧伤整形美容外科将60例面部老化的患者,随机分为观察组与对照组(30例/组),两组均进行自体脂肪移植,制备nanofat填充眶周凹陷,脂肪颗粒填充面部其余凹陷处,观察组在自体脂肪移植结束同期行全面部A型肉毒毒素皮内注射(25 U)。观察两组患者术后皮肤、轮廓改善状态及不良反应。结果观察组皮肤指标、轮廓改善评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),两组均无明显不良反应。结论自体脂肪移植同期行皮内注射A型肉毒毒素在面部年轻化中效果确切、稳定,不仅提高脂肪的成活率,而且改善了全面部肤质、皱纹等,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of autologous fat transplantation combined with botulinum toxin type A injection in facial rejuvenation. Methods From May 2018 to June 2020, 60 patients with facial aging were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group(30 cases in each group). Patients in both groups underwent autologous fat transplantation. Partial fat were prepared into nano fat to fill periorbital depression, and the granular fat were filled in the remaining depressions of face. After autologous fat transplantation finished, all patients in the observation group underwent a full-face microneedle intradermal injection of botulinum toxin type A(25 U). The skin condition, contour improvement and adverse reactions of patients in both groups were observed. Results There were statistical significance of skin condition and contour improvement between observation group and control group(P< 0.05). The satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P< 0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Autologous fat transplantation combined with microneedle intradermal injection of botulinum toxin type A in the same period has definite and stable efficacy in facial rejuvenation. It not only improves the survival rate of fat, but also improves the overall complexion, skin texture and wrinkles. It should be considerable for clinical promotion and application.
