摘要
目的:调查医学生高考志愿专业选择、学医兴趣及未来从医意愿影响因素。方法:采用整群分层抽样法对917名临床医学专业本科生进行调研。结果:选择学医的原因与职业价值取向、父母期望及家庭因素密切相关。从医意愿与医学专业是否为第一志愿、学业满意度、学医兴趣、所在年级密切相关。结论:维持和提高医学生在日渐繁重的专业学习任务下对所学专业的兴趣是医学教育的重要工作。
Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of medical students’choice of subject major in college entrance examination,study interest and willingness to practice medicine in the future.Method:By cluster stratified sampling a total of 917 clinical medicine undergraduates completed the survey.Results:The reasons for choosing medical major were closely related to students’value orientation,parents’expectations and family influence.There was significant correlation between willingness of medical practice and the fact whether medical major was the first choice,academic satisfaction,study interest,and current grade.Conclusion:How to maintain and improve medical students’study interest under the increasing load of academic study is an important work of medical education.
