摘要
以首批入选全国森林康养基地试点的高淳游子山为例,基于网络文本挖掘方法收集国内主要旅游网站上的游客评论,提炼出可能影响游客消费意愿的因素集合,运用因子分析和多元线性回归方法,结合实地调研数据探究影响游客消费意愿的关键因素。结果表明:资源环境因子、康养服务设施因子、康养功能因子、消费与感知因子、基础配置因子均显著正向影响森林康养基地的游客消费意愿。其中资源环境因子影响最大,康养服务设施因子、基础配置因子及康养功能因子影响程度相当且低于资源环境因子的影响程度,消费与感知因子的影响最小。在此基础上,提出了提高森林康养基地游客消费意愿的相关建议。
As the first batch selected into the National Forest Rehabilitation base pilot,this paper abstracted the factors that might affect tourists’ consumption intention by taking Youzi Mountain in Gaochun as an example and collected tourist reviews from major domestic tourism websites based on web text mining method. With the field survey data,it used the method of factor analysis and multiple linear regression to explore the key factors affecting tourists’ consumption intentions. The results showed that the resource and environmental factors,health care service facilities factors,health care function factors,consumption and perception factors,and infrastructure allocation factors all had significantly positive effects on tourists’ consumption intention of forest health care base.Among them,resource and environmental factors had the greatest influence,the impact degrees of health care service facilities factors,infrastructure allocation factors and health care function factors were similar to each other and lower than that of resource and environmental factors, and consumption and perception factors had the least impact degree. On this basis,it put forward some suggestions to improve the consumption intention of tourists in forest health care base.
