基于巡检机器人运维信息交互的水电站智能巡视系统 被引量:3

Intelligent inspection system of hydropower station based on inspection robot operation and maintenance information interaction

摘要 针对传统巡视系统运行荷载过大,导致最终巡视范围覆盖率数值过小的问题,设计基于巡检机器人运维信息交互的水电站智能巡视系统。硬件部分采用MCU控制器作为核心,在内部DDR电路串联一个10 F电容,平衡运行荷载,组建巡检机器人控制器,设计运维信息采集电路。软件部分设定水电站运维信息交互触发阈值后,通过粒子群遗传算法,对巡检机器人的运维路线进行控制,利用webservice技术通信技术,实现智能巡视过程。准备已知参数的巡检机器人后,搭载巡检机器人的硬件环境,选用两种传统巡视系统与所设计的巡视系统进行测试,结果表明:所设计的巡视系统得到的巡视覆盖率数值为94%,实际可巡检的水电站范围最大。 Aiming at the problem that the operation load of the traditional inspection system is too large,resulting in the small coverage of the final inspection range,an intelligent inspection system of hydropower station based on the operation and maintenance information interaction of inspection robot is designed.In the hardware part,MCU controller is used as the core,a 10k capacitor is connected in series in the internal DDR circuit to balance the running load,establish the patrol robot controller,and design the operation and maintenance information acquisition circuit.After setting the trigger threshold of hydropower station operation and maintenance information interaction,the software controls the operation and maintenance route of inspection robot through particle swarm genetic algorithm,and realizes the intelligent inspection process by using web service technology and communication technology.After preparing the inspection robot with known parameters,carry the hardware environment of the inspection robot,and select two traditional inspection systems and the designed inspection system for testing.The results show that the inspection coverage obtained by the designed inspection system is 94%,and the actual inspection range of hydropower station is the largest.
