摘要
肺动脉高压病因多样、发病机制复杂。近年来肺动脉高压领域取得了诸多进展,诊断策略不断更新。为更好指导我国从事呼吸专业医师的临床实践,本文根据《中国肺动脉高压诊断与治疗指南(2021版)》的内容,就诊断流程进行了详细的解读,以利于读者更好地对肺动脉高压患者进行规范化的诊断,从而使患者在后期治疗中尽早获益。
Pulmonary hypertension is a condition with various etiologies and complex pathogenesis.Recently,increasing advances have been made in the field of pulmonary hypertension with constantly updated of diagnostic strategies.Basis of"Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Hypertension in China(2021 Edition)",meanwhile,with better guiding physician′s clinical practice,in this article,a detailed interpretation of the diagnosis process will been presented in favor of helping patients with pulmonary hypertension standardized diagnosis,thus the patients can benefit as soon as possible in later treatment.
