摘要
文章通过测量发泡水泥板、岩棉板、EPS板及XPS板4种保温材料在不同含水率条件下的导热系数,分析了含水率对其导热系数的影响。结果表明,随着含水率的增加,4种保温材料的导热系数均随之增加,其中发泡水泥板和岩棉板的导热系数在最大含水率条件下分别增加了2.5倍、4.0倍;而EPS板和XPS板的导热系数变化较小,具有较好的稳定性。
The thermal conductivity of four thermal insulation materials such as foamed cement board, rock wool board, EPS board and XPS board under different moisture content conditions are measured in this paper, and the thermal conductivity of thermal insulation material was analyzed under different moisture content. The results show that as the moisture content increases, the thermal conductivity of the four thermal insulation materials increases, among which the thermal conductivity of the foamed cement board and rock wool board increased by 4 times and 2.5 times under the maximum moisture content condition;while the EPS board and XPS board has better stability because of the insignificant change in thermal conductivity.
