摘要
网球启蒙训练的含义是对刚加入网球训练的少年儿童进行启蒙、引导和教授网球基本运动知识的过程。其中,影响网球的启蒙训练的因素有很多,比如心理健康教育、生理健康发育、家庭、学校和社会心理等。而启蒙训练是少年儿童的兴趣培养发展的基础。优质的启蒙训练是培养网球兴趣的重要因素,两者相互制约、相互作用。对少年儿童网球启蒙训练的培养较好地引导了网球兴趣走向进一步的发展。
The meaning of tennis enlightenment training is the process of enlightening,guiding and teaching children who have just joined tennis training.Among them,there are many factors affecting the enlightenment training of tennis,such as mental health education,physical health development,family,school and social psychology.Enlightenment training is the basis for the cultivation and development of children’s interests.High quality enlightenment training is an important factor in cultivating tennis interest.The two restrict and interact with each other.The cultivation of children’s tennis enlightenment training has better guided the further development of tennis interest.
