摘要
                
                    为及时掌握平潭综合实验区2021年高致病性禽流感的免疫效果,在春、秋两季集中强制免疫结束后,对全区免疫重组禽流感病毒(H5+H7)三价灭活苗(H5N1Re-11株+Re-12株,H7N9 H7-Re3株)的禽类随机采集血清样品,用血凝抑制试验(HI)进行免疫抗体检测,评价H5N1Re-11株、Re-12株以及H7N9 H7-Re3株的免疫效果,为有效防控高致病性禽流感提供真实可靠的第一手材料依据。
                
                In order to grasp the immunization effect of the highly pathogenic avian influenza in 2021 in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area in time,The whole area were immunized with reassortant avian influenza virus(H5+H7)trivalent inactivated vaccine(H5N1 Strain Re-11+Strain Re-12,H7N9 Strain H7-Re3)after the centralized compulsory immunization in spring and autumn.Serum samples collected from birds randomly,and used the hemagglutination inhibition(HI)test for immune antibody detection to evaluate the immune effect of H5N1Re-11 and Re-12 and H7N9 H7-Re3.This evaluation provides a real and reliable first-hand material basis for the effective prevention and control of highly pathogenic avian influenza.
