摘要
目的:分析德谷胰岛素联合达格列净治疗老年2型糖尿病对其血糖指标、体重指数(BMI)及血糖波动的影响。方法:选择2020年5月-2021年5月收治的老年2型糖尿病82例患者为研究对象。按照患者治疗方法的不同,将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组使用门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗;观察组使用德谷胰岛素注射液联合口服达格列净治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者干预后BMI值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组血糖干预之后,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、HbA_(1c)均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组的血糖波动幅度和血糖变异系数值,低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年2型糖尿病者使用德谷胰岛素联合达格列净治疗能取得满意的干预效果,可全面改善患者血糖指标,降低血糖波动。
Objective:To analyze the influence of Insulin Degludec and Dapagliflozin in treating type 2 diabetes on blood glucose index,body mass index(BMI)and blood glucose fluctuations of elderly patients.Methods:A total of 82 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes selected from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to the difference of treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Insulin Aspart 30 Injection;the observation group was treated with Insulin Degludec Injection combined with oral Dapagliflozin Tablets.The treatment effect in two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the BMI values after intervention between the two groups(P>0.05).After blood glucose intervention in the two groups,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and HbA_(1c) in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the mean amplitude of glycemic excursion and coefficient of variation of blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined therapy of Insulin Degludec and Dapagliflozin in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can achieve satisfactory intervention effect,comprehensively improve the blood glucose indexes and reduce blood glucose fluctuation.
