摘要
针对城市商业区写字楼的微电网能源管理系统,如何有效地进行能量协同调度具有重要的理论价值与应用价值。提出了基于强化学习的写字楼能量调度的需求侧动态价格响应算法。首先,将物业与写字楼之间的模型建立为一个马尔可夫决策过程(Markov decision process,MDP),通过使用Q-Learning算法中的贪婪策略来探索写字楼中每个时间间隙的最佳电力零售价格。实验结果表明:通过需求侧动态价格能量调度策略不仅可以提高电网的可靠性和能源的有效利用率,实现电力分流、削峰和填谷,也可有效降低写字楼的能量消耗,同时降低用户的电力能耗使用成本,使得各方利益最大化,验证了所提算法的有效性和实用性。
For the micro grid energy management system of office buildings in urban business district,it is of great theoretical and application value how to effectively perform collaborative energy scheduling.A demand-side dynamic price response algorithm based on reinforcement learning for energy scheduling in office buildings was proposed.Firstly,the model between property and office building was established as a Markov decision process(MDP)that explores the optimal retail price of electricity for each time gap in the office building by using the greedy strategy in the Q-learning algorithm.The experimental results show that the demand-side dynamic price energy dispatching strategy can not only improve the reliability of power grid and the effective utilization of energy,realize the power diversion,peak shaving and valley filling,but also effectively reduce the energy consumption of office buildings,and at the same time reduce the cost of power energy usage of users,which maximizes the benefits of all parties and verifies the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed algorithm.
