戈壁环境下掺膨胀剂混凝土不同部位的温度和应变研究

摘要 通过分析混凝土足尺模型不同部位的温度和应变,研究了在西北戈壁环境下钙质膨胀剂(AC)和镁质膨胀剂(MZ)的应用效果。结果表明:掺AC的混凝土最高温度出现在上部,浇筑后0.50 d到达温峰,温峰为75.8℃;掺MZ的混凝土最高温度出现在中上部位,浇筑后1.33 d到达温峰,温峰为71.4℃;掺AC和MZ后,混凝土均是下部的收缩应变最小,上部的收缩应变最大;掺MZ后混凝土上部与下部间收缩应变差值最终在35με左右,仅为掺AC混凝土的50%;2种膨胀剂均能补偿混凝土的收缩,但镁质膨胀剂的补偿收缩效果持续时间更长,最终MZ的补偿收缩量为112με,AC的补偿收缩量为68με。 By analyzing the temperature and strain of different parts of the concrete full-scale model,the application effects of calcium-based expansion agents(AC) and magnesium-based expansion agents(MZ) in the Gobi environment of Northwest China were studied.The results show that the highest temperature of the concrete mixed with AC appeared in the upper part,reaching the temperature peak 0.50 d after pouring,and the temperature peak was 75.8 ℃,the highest temperature of the concrete mixed with MZ appeared in the middle and upper part,reaching the temperature peak 1.33 d after pouring,and the temperature peak was 71.4℃.After adding AC and MZ,the shrinkage value of the lower part of the concrete is the smallest,and the shrinkage value of the upper part of the concrete is the largest.The difference of shrinkage strain between the upper part and the lower part of the concrete adding MZ is about 35 με,which is only half of that of the concrete adding AC.Both AC and MZ can compensate for the concrete shrinkage,but the compensation shrinkage effect of MZ lasts longer.The final compensation shrinkage of MZ is 112με,and the compensation shrinkage of AC is 68 με.
