垃圾焚烧炉渣基绿色墙体材料的制备

摘要 利用垃圾焚烧炉渣作为加气混凝土中硅质原料的替代材料,研究炉渣的替代量、品质、蒸压养护等对垃圾焚烧炉渣基加气混凝土性能的影响,并对产品的重金属浸出安全性和保温隔热性能进行测试。实验结果表明:炉渣替代量从0增加到100%时,加气混凝土制品强度呈先降低后提高的趋势;随着垃圾焚烧炉渣粒度逐渐变小时,制品强度出现了先提高后降低的趋势,峰值为3.2MPa。蒸压养护的条件需要在一个合适的范围内,增加蒸压的时间和压力,制品强度提高,但当蒸压养护的压力和时间超过一定范围后,会降低了制品的强度。根据试验的研究结果,确定垃圾焚烧炉渣基加气混凝土的配比为:水泥8%、生石灰24%、炉渣65%(粉磨35 min)、石膏3%、铝粉0.14%、水料比0.58,蒸压养护条件为185℃、1.2 MPa,升温2 h、保温8 h、自然降温到室温,制品性能满足GB11968—2006《蒸压加气混凝土砌块标准》B05级加气混凝土性能要求。同时其重金属浸出性能符合GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》。 Using waste incineration slag as a substitute for siliceous raw materials in aerated concrete,the effects of slag substitution amount,quality,autoclave curing,etc.on properties of waste incineration slag-based aerated concrete were studied,and the leaching safety and heat preservation of the heavy metal was tested.The experimental results show that when the slag replacement amount increases from 0 to 100%,the strength of aerated concrete products decreases and then increases;as the particle size of the waste incineration slag gradually becomes smaller,the strength of the products increases first and then decreases,the peak value is 3.2 MPa.The conditions of autoclave curing need to be within an appropriate range.Increasing the time and pressure of autoclave will increase the strength of the product,but when the pressure and time of autoclave curing exceed a certain range,the strength of the product will be reduced.According to the research results of the test,the ratio of slag-based aerated concrete for waste incineration is determined as follows:cement 8%,quicklime 24%,slag 65%(grinding for 35 minutes),gypsum 3%,aluminum powder 0.14%,water-material ratio 0.58.The autoclave curing conditions are 185 ℃,1.2 MPa,heating for 2h,heat preservation for 8 h,and natural cooling to room temperature.The performance of the product meets the performance requirements of B05 grade aerated concrete in national standard GB 11968—2006 "Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks".At the same time,the heavy metal leaching performance meets the requirement of national standard GB 5083.3 —2007 "Identification standards for hazardous wastes-Identification for extraction toxicity".
