摘要
为探索经济可行的凡纳滨对虾小型温棚养殖尾水净化技术,集成固液分离、厌氧以及生态沟渠技术,开发了一种基于生态沟渠的凡纳滨对虾小型温棚养殖尾水净化技术,比较了4种不同类型的生态沟渠水系统(无植物型、互花米草型、芦苇型、水花生型)的净化效果。结果显示:通过79 d的系统运行,4种不同类型生态沟渠对凡纳滨对虾小棚养殖尾水的净化能力从高到低依次是水花生型>芦苇型>互花米草型>无植物型,其中水花生型化学需氧量(COD)降至12.05 mg·L^(-1),无机氮(DIN)降至0.14 mg·L^(-1),活性磷酸盐(PO;-P)至0.02 mg·L^(-1)。水花生、芦苇和互花米草型生态沟渠的出水水质COD都达到SC/T 9103-2007《海水养殖水排放要求》二级标准,无机氮达到一级标准;水花生、芦苇型生态沟渠的出水水质活性磷酸盐达到一级标准。研究表明,基于植物型生态沟渠的凡纳滨对虾小型温棚养殖尾水净化技术具有较好的应用前景。
In order to explore economically feasible technologies for purifying tail water from small-scale greenhouse culture of Litopenaeus vannamei,a technology was developed based on ecological ditch with solidliquid separation,anaerobic,and ecological ditch technology.Four systems was compared on purification effect,including unplanted,Spartina alterniflora,Phragmites australis,and Alternanthera philoxeroides.According to79 d system operationturned,this technology had good purification effect on dealing with the tail water of L vannamei cultivation.Purification effect of four systems decreased in the order:A.philoxeroides,P.australis S.alterniflora and unplanted system.The concentration of COD,DIN,PO_(4)^(3-)-P of A.philoxeroides type decreased to 12.05 mg·L^(-1),0.14 mg·L^(-1) and 0.02 mg·L^(-1).The concentration of COD of three systems met level2 standard of“SC/T9103 Water Drainage Standard for Sea Water Mariculture”,with A.philoxeroides,P australis,S.alterniflora and the concentration of DIN met level 1 standard.Additionally,the concentration of PO_(4)^(3-)-P of two systems met level 1 standard,with A.philoxeroides and P.australis.The results show that a kind of tailwater purification technology of L.vannamei based on ecological ditch is developed in this research which has good application prospects.
