摘要
针对现场操作中压缩机实际性能曲线与试验性能曲线差异较大的问题,全面分析和对比了两种近似相似原理的不同,指出引起压比计算结果误差的原因,并提出基于融合相似原理的性能参数换算方法,首先采用第二类算法预估压比值,同时利用第一类算法不断校正压比值,该方法在热力、水力计算上具有较高的精度。通过对某压缩机进行实例验证,出口温度和出口压力的平均相对误差分别为3.32%、5.17%,计算精度满足工程需求。应用后,压缩机单位能耗费用有所降低,压气站运行的整体能耗率下降了3%~5%,研究结果可更好地指导压缩机的运行和维护。
According to actual site operation of the compressor performance curve and test performance curves of different problems,comprehensive analysis and comparison of two different approximate similarity principle,points out that the results of the calculation of pressure than accurate or not,the performance parameter conversion method based on fusion similarity principle is put forward,firstly estimated using the algorithm of the second class pressure ratio,At the same time,the first kind of algorithm is used to calibrate the pressure ratio continuously,and the method has high accuracy in thermodynamic and hydraulic calculation.The average relative errors of outlet temperature and outlet pressure are 3.32% and 5.17% respectively.The calculation accuracy meets the engineering requirements.The research results can better guide the operation and maintenance of the compressor.
