重水堆推杆滚珠丝杆密封副失效分析

摘要 该文根据滚珠丝杆密封的机械结构,分析其工作原理,对Pickering电站和秦山三期历史上的滚珠丝杆密封失效事件进行统计,对滚珠丝杆密封密封环变工况下的运行、动环和静环的表面缺陷造成密封失效等因素进行分析、计算,得出密封环失效是个渐变的过程,可以在检修时通过测量密封环接触面宽度、检查密封面表面的平面度来判断密封环性能的好坏。 The working principle of the ball screw seal was analyzed according to the mechanical structure and important components of the ball screw seal assembly.The operation experience of the ball screw seal in Pickering power station and Qinshan Phase III were counted.This paper analyzes and calculates the operation of ball screw sealing ring under variable working conditions,sealing failure caused by surface defects of rotor ring and stator ring,and concludes that the failure of sealing ring is a gradual process by years.The performance of sealing ring can be judged by measuring the width of contact surface of sealing rings and checking the flatness of sealing surface during maintenance.
