摘要
化工行业是国民经济的支柱产业之一,能够为社会带来巨大的财富。但同时,其生产的特殊性决定了这个行业出现安全问题的概率较高,所以受到了社会的广泛关注。化工企业在生产的过程中常常处于高温与高压的状态,一旦出现安全事故,不仅会污染环境、浪费能源,还会威胁周围居民的生命安全,这就要求企业做好安全生产应急管理,尽可能地消除生产过程中的安全隐患。基于此,论文首先介绍了化工企业安全生产应急管理的意义,详细分析了化工企业安全生产应急管理中存在的问题,最后提出了具体的优化措施。
Chemical industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy,which can bring great wealth to the society.But at the same time,the particularity of its production determines that the probability of safety problems in this industry is relatively high,so it has been widely concerned by the society.Chemical enterprises are often in the state of high temperature and high pressure in the process of production.Once a safety accident occurs,it will not only pollute the environment and waste energy,but also threaten the life safety of surrounding residents.This requires enterprises to do a good job in emergency management of safety production and eliminate potential safety hazards in the production process as much as possible.Based on this,the paper firstly introduces the significance of emergency management of safety production in chemical enterprises,analyzes the problems existing in emergency management of safety production in chemical enterprises in detail,and finally puts forward specific optimization measures.
