摘要
改革开放至今,已经走过了四十多个春秋,我们国家的发展可以用“日新月异”四个字形容,尤其是在新形势的大背景之下,越来越多的行业获得了长足的发展,其中最具代表性的当属煤矿行业。但是煤矿行业在生产的过程中所发生的安全生产事故,同样受到了国家与相关部门的广泛关注与重视,并通过出台与之相对应的法律法规,来帮助和指导煤矿企业安全、有序的生产。现阶段煤矿企业在发展的过程中,都将“一通三防”作为理念与模式,同时也是国家和相关部门对于确保煤矿企业的安全生产所提出来的相关要求,煤矿企业在其发展的过程中,一定要紧紧遵循这一要求,降低与减少安全事故发生的几率。因此本篇文章主要对新形势下煤矿“一通三防”技术的应用和创新进行细致的分析和研究,以做参考。
