摘要
在浅圆仓储藏粳稻谷过程中应用低功率轴流风机缓速蓄冷通风技术,比较轴流风机通风和离心风机通风前后稻谷表面温度、水分及品质的变化。结果表明,轴流风机的降温幅度和均匀性优于离心风机,使用轴流风机通风前后粳稻谷的脂肪酸值、品尝评分值、色泽、气味品质指标变化微小,水分损耗折合减损稻谷12.446 t,预估减少损失3.61万元。本研究为保水储粮、绿色储粮提供了可靠的数据和理论支撑,为储粮仓内环境条件及设备的升级改造提供了新思路。
Cold storage of ventilation in winter is one of the most important work for rice storage in Sinograin Depots.The traditional high-power centrifagal fan has the disadvantage of high energy consumption,large amount of labor and serious water loss et al.In this paper the technology for cooling and ventilation of axial fan was applicated in rice storage in squat silos.The change of temperature of rice,loss of rice moisture;quality of rice was analyzed before and after ventilation.The results showed that temperature range and uniformity of axial flow fan were better than centrifugal fan,the fatty acid value,tasting score value,color and odour had litde change after ventilation by axial flow fan.The value of losing rice water equated to avoid losing 12.4461 rice and 36,100 RMB.It could provide reliable data and theoretical support and offer a new idea of upgrading and rebuilding of condition and equipment in rice storage silos.
