摘要
云南省近年来在高速公路建设领域发展迅猛,高速公路已成为人民群众出行必选的通道和途径,它在为人民群众出行带来巨大便利的同时,因其车速快、流量大等特点,也会发生各类突发事件,对人民群众的生命财产安全和高速公路路产路权带来巨大损失。如何采取行之有效、处置高效的措施来保障道路的安全畅通便显得尤为重要。建设一支反应迅捷、处置高效的高速公路应急管理队伍便是摆在运营管理方面前的基础课题。
Yunnan Province has developed rapidly in highway construction in recent years.Highway has become the necessary way for people to travel.While it brings great convenience for people to travel,various unexpected incidents will occur due to its fast speed and large flow,which will bring huge losses to people's life and property safety and highway property right.It is very important to take effective and efficient measures to ensure the safety and smoothness of the road.Constructing a quick response and efficient highway emergency management team is the basic subject in front of operation management.
