摘要
为提高实验室设备状态远程监测效率,提出手机智能终端的实验室设备状态远程监测方法。通过振动仪采集设备振动信号,经小波包变换去噪处理后,利用经验模态分解提取振动信号特征,经信号特征匹配识别出设备运行状态,将设备运行状态传输至手机智能客户端,实验室管理员可通过手机智能终端界面远程查看监测结果。实验结果表明,该方法的监测精度高、平均误差低、数据上传速度快、监测效率高,能够大大降低实验室的管理成本,提升实验室设备管理效率。
In order to improve the efficiency of remote monitoring of laboratory equipment status,a remote monitoring method of laboratory equipment status based on mobile phone intelligent terminal is proposed.The vibration signal of equipment is collected by vibration instrument,and after the wavelet packet transform is processed,the vibration signal features are decomposited and extracted by empirical mode.The running state of the equipment is identified by matching the signal characteristics,and then being transmitted to the mobile phone intelligent client.The laboratory administrator can view the monitoring results remotely through the mobile phone intelligent terminal interface.The experiment results show that the method has high precision,low average error,and high data upload speed and high monitoring efficiency,which can greatly reduce the management cost of laboratory and improve the efficiency of laboratory equipment management.
