摘要
针对烯丙基聚烷氧基环氧醚中存在催化剂和钾钠离子含量高,导致制备的三元共聚嵌段硅油反应活性差的问题,研究了在无相转移催化剂的条件下制备烯丙基聚烷氧基环氧醚的方法,表征了产物的结构,分析了制备条件对产物pH值与环氧指数的影响;以其为原料制备了三元共聚嵌段硅油,并对棉织物进行柔软整理,分析了整理后织物的亲水性、手感及物理力学性能。结果表明:当原料烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、环氧氯丙烷和氢氧化钠的量比为1∶2.5∶1.5,冰醋酸的添加量是过量氢氧化钠的1.1倍时,产物烯丙基聚烷氧基环氧醚的环氧指数为1.77 mol/kg,pH值小于7,精制后钾钠离子含量可降低到5μg/g以下;织物经过硅油整理后具有较好的亲水性,当整理液质量浓度为30 g/L时,毛效达到7.3 cm,手感评级达到4.7级以上,织物整体性能有所提高。
Targeting at the poor reactive activity in preparing terpolymer block silicone oil caused by high contents of catalyst,potassium and sodium ions in allyl polyalkoxy epoxy ether,the preparation of allyl polyalkoxy epoxy ether without transfer catalyst was studied.The structure of the product was characterized,and the effect of preparation conditions on pH value and epoxy index of the product were analyzed.Terpolymer block silicone oil was prepared from it and was used to soften the fabric.And hydrophilicity,hand feeling,physical and mechanical properties of finished fabric were studied.The results show that when the molar ratio of raw material allyl polyoxyethylene oxide/ECH/sodium hydroxide is 1∶2.5∶1.5 and the amount of glacial acetic acid added is 1.1 times that of excessive base,the epoxy index is 1.77 mol/kg,the pH value is less than 7,and the content of potassium and sodium ions is reduced to less than 5μg/g after refining.And the fabric has good hydrophilicity after finishing with silicone oil.The capillary effect reaches 7.3 cm and the fabric handle reaches grade 4.7 when the finishing liquid mass concentration is 30 g/L,and the overall performance of the fabric is improved.
