摘要
针对膨胀节万向环结构件分别进行公式计算设计、拓扑优化设计以及基于响应面优化设计。相对于公式计算采用ANSYS的优化设计模块完成常平环的轻量化设计。在满足设计要求下,拓扑优化设计减材26.6%,响应面优化设计减材36.6%,响应面优化方法减材效果显著,但主要优化尺寸,而拓扑优化主要优化产品结构。在给定的输入参数范围内,通过响应面优化方法可以得出常平环宽度b对其最大等效应力以及最大变形量最为敏感,设计时应合理调整。
For gimbal ring in expansion joint,the calculation by equation,and the calculations of topology optimization and response surface optimization were carried out.For the latter,different from calculation by equation,the optimization model in ANSYS was used to fulfil lightweight designs for the flat ring.Under the condition that the requirements are met,26.6%and 36.6%of the materials can be saved with the designs from topology optimization and response surface optimization respectively.The effect from response surface optimization,which is for size optimization but topology optimization is for structure,is more remarkable.Within the scope of input parameters and by using response surface optimization,it can be concluded that the width of the ring b is the most sensitive to the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum deflection.Thus,it should be properly adjusted in the design.
