摘要
目的探讨近5年我国老年糖尿病患者应用不同健康教育模式自我管理的现状。方法检索中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学数据库中有关我国老年糖尿病患者应用不同健康教育模式自我管理的文献,检索时间为2017年1月1日至2021年5月31日。采用SWOT分析法,对其优势、劣势、机会及挑战进行探析,掌握其特点和规律。结果我国老年糖尿病患者自我管理应用的健康教育模式优势在于教育空间网络化、教育主体多元化以及教育手段多样化、教育过程互动化;劣势在于健康教育人员素质同质化较低、缺乏成熟的理论体系予以指导;机会在于目前的教育模式改革氛围渐浓,信息环境日益完善;挑战在于教育者、患者的角色能否有效转换。结论目前不同健康教育模式在糖尿病患者自我管理应用中多表现为模式单一,缺乏有效融合。传统健康教育模式的弊端为不同健康教育模式的创新融合提供了契机,信息环境日益完善则使老年糖尿病自我管理完成达标成为可能,促进教育者、患者角色的有效转换则是老年糖尿病患者的自我管理能否成功实施面临的挑战。
Objective To explore the current status of self-management of elderly diabetic patients in China using different health education models in the past five years.Methods The literatures about self-management of elderly dia⁃betic patients in China using different health education models in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and CBM were retrieved from Janu⁃ary 1,2017 to May 31,2021.Use SWOT analysis method to analyze its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,and master its characteristics and laws.Results The advantages of the health education model of self-man⁃agement application of elderly diabetic patients in China lie in the networked educational space,the diversification of edu⁃cational subjects,the diversification of educational methods,and the interaction of educational processes;the disadvantag⁃es lie in the low homogeneity of health education personnel and the lack of mature theories.The opportunity lies in the deep⁃ening atmosphere of the current education model reform and the increasingly perfect information environment;the challenge lies in whether the roles of educators and patients can be effectively transformed.Conclusions At present,different health education models in the application of self-management of diabetic patients are mostly single model and lack of effec⁃tive integration.The disadvantages of the traditional health education model provide an opportunity for the innovation and in⁃tegration of different health education models.The increasingly perfect information environment makes it possible for the self-management of elderly diabetes to reach the standard.The effective conversion transformation of the of educators and patients roles is a challenge to the successful implementation of self-management in elderly diabetes patients.
