摘要
近年来我国木结构行业快速发展,因胶合木具有良好的力学性能、优异的尺寸稳定性能等特点,被广泛的应用于现代木机构建筑中。胶合木一般作为承重构件,例如木结构建筑中的梁和柱等,其产品质量和建筑结构的安全密切相关。分析胶合木生产中的资源、原材料、生产过程、产品的可追溯性和一致性等生产环节关键点,为胶合木生产的质量控制提供借鉴和参考。
In recent years, domestic timber structure industry witnessed fast development.Structural Glued laminated timber has been comprehensively used in modern timber structure building due to its reliable mechanical property and stable size. It is usually used as load-bearing component of timber structure building, such as beam and column, etc., so its quality plays an important role in building structure safety. This paper analyzed key production points, such as resource, raw material, production process, product traceability and consistency, providing references for production quality control of structural glued laminated timber.
