摘要
以塑造劳动观念、传递劳动知识、传授劳动技能、端正劳动态度和培养劳动习惯等为主要内容的新时代劳动教育,其意蕴是对受教育者的一种思想政治教育行为。思想政治理论课作为高职院校思想政治教育的主渠道,要“把劳动教育纳入人才培养全过程”,就不仅要在正确教学设计原则的指导下,系统构建科学的劳动教育融入思想政治理论课的教育教学体系,而且要选择适用的混合式教学方法,才能确保劳动教育融入思想政治理论课教育教学体系的有效实现,最终强化对高职院校学生进行马克思主义劳动观和劳动精神的培养。
Labor education in the new era,which mainly includes shaping labor concepts,transferring labor knowledge,imparting labor skills,correcting labor attitudes and cultivating labor habits,is a kind of ideological and political education for the students.Ideological and Political Theory Course is the main channel of ideological and political education.In order to integrate labor education into the whole process of talents training,we should construct a complete teaching system that can scientifically integrate labor education into Ideological and Political Theory Course under the guidance of a correct teaching design principle.At the same time,a mixed teaching method should also be adopted.On this basis,labor education can be successfully integrated into the teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Course,and the cultivation of higher vocational college students’Marxist labor view and labor spirit can be ultimately strengthened.
