基于PBL的对分课堂与SP相结合模式在中医诊断学教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨基于PBL的对分课堂与SP相结合模式的教学效果及应用价值。方法 首先将教学对象120名学生随机分为对照组(A组,60人)和实验组(B组,60人),进行理论授课。实践课进行组内分组,将A和B各分成2组,A组(a、b)和B组(a’、b’),教学结束后进行理论和实践技能考核及问卷调查。结果 B组理论考试成绩高于A组,实践技能考核成绩SP组明显高于传统实践组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查显示基于PBL的对分课堂与SP相结合的教学模式在各个方面均有优势(P<0.05)。结论 基于PBL的对分课堂与SP相结合的教学模式有助于学生掌握中医理论知识以及提高学生的临床思维与实践能力,提升教学质量。 Objective To explore the teaching effect and application value of PBL-based PAD class combined with SP.Methods 120 students were randomly divided into traditional classroom group(group A,60 students) and PBL-based PAD class group(group B,60 students) for theoretical teaching.Practice class was divided into two groups,A and B are divided into two groups respectively,traditional practice teaching group(A,B) and SP teaching group(a’,b’).After the teaching,theory and practice skills assessment and questionnaire survey are conducted.Results The scores of theoretical examination in group B were higher than those in group A,and the scores of practical skills examination in group SP were significantly higher than those in traditional practice group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey shows that the PBL-based split classroom teaching mode combined with SP has advantages in all aspects(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL-based PAD teaching mode combined with SP is helpful for students to master the theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,improve their clinical thinking and practical ability,and improve the teaching quality.
