摘要
为确定我国婴儿配方奶粉水溶性维生素B_(1)、B_(2)的科学设计范围,首先分析11家试验室对同批次产品的检测数值,确定维生素B_(1)、B_(2)用于配方设计的检测偏差均为15%,然后通过比较分析母乳数据、适宜摄入量和婴儿配方奶粉标准限量,确定维生素B_(1)、B_(2)设计的目标值分别为60、80μg/100 kcal,最后根据已确定的营养素设计目标值,结合货架期衰减率、试验室间检测偏差推算合理的设计范围,并与可耐受最高摄入量、市售产品的营养含量分布作比较,同时兼顾现阶段0~6月龄婴儿的营养状况,确定我国婴儿配方奶粉维生素B_(1)、B_(2)的科学设计范围分别为86~180μg/100 kcal、114~290μg/100 kcal。
To study the scientific design scope of water-soluble vitamin B_(1)and B_(2) in infant formula milk powder for Chinese babies and provide reference for R&D personnel.Firstly,the test values from 11 different laboratories for the same batch of products were analyzed,the test deviations of vitamin B_(1) and B_(2) for formula design were determined to be 15%.Secondly,nutrient content in breast milk,adequate intakes,and regulation requirements for infant formula milk powder were compared and analyzed,the formula designing target values of vitamin B_(1) and B_(2) were determined to be 60μg/100 kcal,80μg/100 kcal,respectively.Thirdly,reasonable nutrient design ranges were calculated by the determined target values of formula design,nutrient shelf life loss and detection deviation among different laboratories,and compared with tolerable upper intake level,the distribution of nutrients content of products that sold in China,meanwhile,the nutritional status of infants aged 0 to 6 months were taken into account.Finally,the scientific design range of vitamins B_(1) and B_(2) in Chinese infant formula milk powder were determined to be 86~180μg/100 kcal,114~290μg/100 kcal,respectively.
