行星式搅拌桨强化搅拌的模拟仿真及节能机理分析 被引量:2

Simulation and energy-saving mechanism analysis of planetary stirring impeller for strengthening mixing

摘要 通过模拟仿真,从流场分布、速度分布等方面,对偏心自转、自转加公转两种搅拌方式进行比较。结合湿法炼锌净化工艺,将Cd^(2+)净化率作为搅拌方式影响混合效果的定量评价参数。结果发现,自转加公转的净化率相对于偏心自转提高了64%。自转加公转通过混沌混合,大大缩短了反应时间,提高了净化效率,减小了能耗。 Through simulation,the eccentric rotation,rotation plus revolution are compared from the aspects of flow field distribution and velocity distribution.Combined with zinc hydrometallurgy purification process,Cd^(2+)purification rate was taken as a quantitative evaluation parameter of mixing effect influenced by stirring mode.The results show that the purification rate of rotation plus revolution is 64%higher than that of eccentric rotation.Rotation and revolution are mixed by chaos,which greatly shortens reaction time,improves purification efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
