摘要
目的:探讨中医集束化护理对腰椎管狭窄症患者腰椎功能、疼痛程度及心理韧性的影响。方法:选取88例腰椎管狭窄症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各44例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医集束化护理,比较两组腰椎功能[Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表(RMDQ)]评分、疼痛[疼痛数字评分法(NRS)]评分、心理韧性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]评分以及护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组RMDQ、NRS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,两组坚韧性、力量性、乐观性等CD-RISC各维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.73%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医集束化护理可降低腰椎管狭窄症患者RMDQ评分和NRS评分,提高CD-RISC评分和护理满意度,优于常规护理效果。
Objective:To explore effects of Chinese medicine cluster nursing on lumbar function,pain degree and psychological resilience of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:88 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,44 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the Chinese medicine cluster nursing.The lumbar function[Roland-Morris dysfunction questionnaire(RMDQ)]score,the pain[numerical rating scale(NRS)]score,the psychological resilience[psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)]score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the RMDQ and NRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,and those of the observation group was lower than those of the control group;the scores of CD-RISC dimensions such as resilience,strength,and optimism of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.73%,which was higher than 81.82%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Chinese medicine cluster nursing can reduce the RMDQ scores and the NRS scores of the patients with lumbar spinal stenosis,and improve the CD-RISC score and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing t.
