摘要
为了实现自动测量电子产品中的一些重要参数,基于单片机设计一种LCR自动测量系统。在该LCR自动测量系统中输入控制采用键盘输入控制电路、输出控制采用LCD1602液晶显示。不仅能够自动测量参数电感L、电容C和电阻R,还能把参数电感、电容和电阻快速转换为频率,其中,参数电阻和电容采用多谐振荡电路使其转化为参数频率,而电感参数则是根据考毕兹振荡电路转化为频率,再利用单片机的程序处理使其转换为频率计算,从而间接地实现电感参数的测量。采用单片机处理参数频率的数字量,不仅电感电容和电阻的测量精度高,同时能够实现自动测量,并且通过单片机和外围电路的搭配使得构成的LCR自动测量系统的可靠性更高,电路更简单且系统的可移植性更强。
In order to be able to automatically measure some important parameters in electronic products, a kind of LCR automatic measurement system is designed based on single-chip microcomputer. In the LCR automatic measurement system, keyboard input control circuit is used for input control and Liquid crystal display(LCD1602) is used for output control. The automatic measurement system can not only automatically measure the parameter inductance L, capacitance C and resistance R, but also quickly convert the parameter inductance, parameter capacitance and parameter resistance into frequency. In the measurement system, the parameter resistance and capacitance are converted into parameter frequency by multivariate oscillation circuit, while the inductance parameters are converted into frequency by a colpitts oscillation circuit. then the single-chip microcontroller is used to convert the inductance parameters to the frequency calculation to achieve the measurement of the inductance parameters. In the LCR automatic measurement system, the single-chip microcontroller is used to process the digital quantity of parameter frequency, which can not only measure the inductance, capacitance and resistance with high precision, but also realize the automatic measurement of the LCR automatic measurement system to achieve automation. And through the single-chip microcomputer and peripheral circuit of collocation not only makes the LCR automatic measuring system of higher reliability. At the same time the program control makes the circuit more simple and the system portability is stronger.
