摘要
通过实地调研,对嘉兴数字化公交出行服务的新特征展开分析,从3个角度界定了智慧系统在老年群体中出现的数据难掌控、信息难识别和支付难操作等问题,这些问题在疫情期间表现得尤为明显。基于交互设计理念,从优化信息结构、构建反馈机制、获取动态数据和简化防疫交互模式等方面提出了嘉兴公交出行的适老化设计策略,以期为提升嘉兴市老年人数字化公交出行服务品质提供可行性建议,应对老龄化社会的到来。
Through on-the-spot investigation, the new characteristics of Jiaxing?s digital bus services are analyzed, and old people?s difficulties in using this intelligence system that are much more prominent during the epidemic are identified on the three aspects of data control, information identification and payment operation. Then, based on the theory of interaction design, some design strategies for age-friendly bus service in Jiaxing are put forward from the four aspects of optimizing information structure, building feedback mechanism, obtaining dynamic data and simplifying the interactive mode of epidemic prevention with an aim to provide feasible suggestions for improving the quality of age-friendly digital bus service in Jiaxing so as to prepare for the forthcoming aging society.
