摘要
分别使用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、70%乙醇等3种不同极性溶剂萃取紫茎泽兰叶的有效成分,通过DPPH法、ABTS法、FRAP法评价萃取物的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,紫茎泽兰3种萃取物均有一定的抗氧化活性,其中70%乙醇萃取物对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的清除能力及总抗氧化能力最强,IC_(50)值分别为0.074 g·L^(-1)、0.024 g·L^(-1),FRAP值为3.47±0.01。3种评价结果显示紫茎泽兰萃取物具有良好的抗氧化活性,为进一步利用紫茎泽兰开发天然抗氧化剂奠定了基础。
We extract the active components from Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng leaves by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,and 70%ethanol,and evaluated the antioxidant activities in vitro of the extracts by DPPH method,ABTS method,and FRAP method.The results show that all the three extracts have certain antioxidant activities,and the 70%ethanol extract has the strongest scavenging ability on DPPH free radicals and ABTS free radicals and total antioxidant ability,with IC_(50) value of 0.074 g·L^(-1) and 0.024 g·L^(-1),respectively,and FRAP value of 3.47±0.01.The three evaluation results show that the extracts of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng have antioxidant activity in vitro.The study lays a foundation for further exploitation of natural antioxidants using Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng.
