摘要
全断面硬岩掘进机(TBM)广泛用于各类岩石隧道掘进施工,掘进时产生的振动不可避免。在产生振动根源的滚刀受力分析基础上,统计分析不同隧道项目施工TBM振动数据、施工参数、地质环境等数据,确定岩石属性、围岩压力、滚刀直径、推进速度等主观和客观因素与产生的振动频率、振幅、加速度等振动参数的关联性,为分析TBM整机振动以及可靠性设计和疲劳设计提供理论和数据支持。
Full-face tunnel boring machine(TBM) is widely used in all kinds of rock tundeling construction,and the vibration generated during tunneling is inevitable.Based on the stress analysis of disc-cutters causing vibration root,statistically analyzed the TBM vibration data,construction parameters,geological environment and other data of different tunnel projects,and determined the correlation between subjective and objective factors such as rock attribute,surrounding rock pressure,hob diameter and propulsion speed and vibration parameters such as vibration frequency,amplitude and acceleration.It provides theoretical and data support for the analysis of TBM machine vibration,reliability design and fatigue design.
