摘要
以山西省农村旅游公路养护管理现状及突出问题为主要研究对象,对山西省农村旅游公路管理体制机制进行探索,并进行相关问题(如配套政策、责任机制等)的一般性推论,为山西省农村旅游公路管理改革提供对策思路,通过省、市、县、镇四级养护管理体系建设,以达到提升公路养护管理质量和工作效率的目的。
To rural tourism highway maintenance management present situation and the problems in Shanxi Province as the main research object,the mechanism for the rural tourism in Shanxi Province highway road management system to explore,and related issues,such as supporting policies,accountability mechanisms,etc.the general inference,provide for the reform of rural tourism in Shanxi Province highway management countermeasure thinking,through the provincial,city and county and town level 4 maintenance management system construction,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of highway maintenance management and work efficiency.
