摘要
目的为电雾式检测器(CAD)在中药分析中的应用提供参考。方法查阅相关文献,整理CAD在中药材、中药提取物和中药制剂检测中的应用情况,并与常见通用型检测器及其适用范围进行比较,归纳影响CAD准确性的仪器设定参数。结果CAD可用于分析糖类及皂苷类等半挥发或不挥发成分,拥有较高灵敏度、较宽线性范围及较好响应一致性。结论CAD在中药分析中具有较广阔的应用前景。
Objective To provide a reference for the application of charged aerosol detector(CAD)in the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods The relevant literature was searched,the application of CAD in TCM,TCM extract and TCM preparation was sorted out,the difference between frequently-used universal detectors and their application scopes were compared,and the instrument setting parameters affecting the accuracy of CAD were summarized.Results CAD can be used for the analysis of semi-volatile or non-volatile components such as sugars and saponins,it had high sensitivity,wide linear range and good response consistency.Conclusion CAD has a broad application prospect in the analysis of TCM.
