摘要
文章用硝酸铈铵作为引发剂,对棉织物表面进行处理,使棉织物表面生成自由基;配制0.03 mol/L的硝酸银溶液,使用还原法制备纳米银抗菌棉织物;倄?采用红外和X射线衍射仪技术(XRD)进行表征,发现表面成分发生了改变;使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析,发现表面有纳米银颗粒附着;采用定性法测定抗菌性能,发现产生了明显的抗菌性,可满足人们对抗菌棉织物的要求。
This paper uses diammonium cerium(IV) nitrate as evocating agent to treat the surface of cotton fabric to generate free radicals on the surface of cotton fabric, confects 0.03 mol/L silver nitrate solution to prepare nano-silver antibacterial cotton fabric by reduction method, uses infrared and XRD for characterization, it is found that the composition of the surface has changed. SEM analysis is used and it is found that there are nano-silver particles attached to the surface,the antibacterial performance is measured by a qualitative method and it is found that obvious antibacterial properties are produced, it meets people’s requirements for antibacterial cotton fabrics.
