摘要
昌吉赣客专赣江特大桥是国内首座高速铁路混合梁斜拉桥,其主梁结构首次采用闭口式钢箱和混凝土桥面板的组合形式,桥面板内设置预应力钢束。施工过程中的桥面板预应力张拉和混凝土收缩徐变效应使主梁斜拉索索力在每个施工阶段均发生变化,因此索力调整难度骤增。为降低索力调整难度,文章采用有限元法建模计算分析,通过保证桥面施工阶段的合理线形确定斜拉索的成桥索力值。计算结果与传统正装—倒拆法得出的成桥状态数据相吻合,验证了文章方法的合理性,同时为该类型斜拉桥的设计与复核计算提供了新方法。
Ganjiang Bridge is the first high-speed railway hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge in China.Its main girder structure adopts the combination form of closed steel box and concrete bridge deck for the first time,and the prestressed steel tendons are set in the bridge deck.Due to the prestressed tension of the bridge deck and the shrinkage and creep effects of the concrete during the construction process,the cable force of the stay cable of the main girder at each construction stage changes,resulting in a sudden increase in the difficulty of adjusting the cable force.In order to reduce the difficulty of adjusting the cable force,the finite element method is used for modeling and calculation analysis,and the cable force value of the stay cable is determined by ensuring a reasonable line shape during the bridge deck construction stage.The research results are in good agreement with the bridge in completion state obtained by the traditional forward-backward iterative method.It provides a new method for the design and calculation of cable force of cable-stayed bridges.
