摘要
组织公民行为对于公安院校大学生培养职业道德和职业归属感,更好地履行维护社会安全稳定的职责有着重要的影响。本文以公安院校大学生为研究对象,设置性别、年级、是否为党员、是否为学生干部、高中是否有住校经历、是否为城镇户口六个背景变量,以问卷调查的方法研究公安院校大学生组织公民行为的现状及各背景变量对组织公民行为表现的影响。研究发现公安院校大学生组织公民行为总体表现良好,担任学生干部和党员身份对于其组织公民行为表现影响显著。
Organizational citizenship behavior has an important impact on police college students to cultivate professional ethics and professional sense of belonging, and better fulfill the responsibility of maintaining social security and stability. Based on the police college students as the research object, this paper sets the gender, grade, whether for Party members, whether for the student cadres, whether there is a high school in residence experience, whether six towns account for background variables, the police colleges and universities by questionnaire survey method to college students’ present situation and the background variables of organizational citizenship behavior influence on organizational citizenship behavior. The results show that the overall performance of OCB is good, and the status of student cadres and Party members has a significant impact on the performance of OCB.
