摘要
智慧视频监控建设是利用第五代移动通信技术(5G)、人工智能(AI)、建筑信息模型(BIM)+地理信息系统(GIS)、物联网、大数据等新一代信息技术,将传统视频监控转变为基于5G传输的BIM+GIS的AI智能三维虚拟全景一体化管控,将二维地图场景和三维虚拟场景结合BIM+GIS模型实现与视频的深度融合,达到与其他子系统之间无缝联动、业务功能复用、异常事件和行为联动预警且实时互操的全方位、全区域、全智能的沉浸式漫游综合管控,彻底将“监”和“控”分离的被动状态,朝着主动化、自主化及人性化的全智慧型视频监控方向发展。
Intelligent video surveillance construction uses a new generation of information technologies,such as 5th generation mobile networks(5G),artificial intelligence(AI),building information model(BIM)+geographic information system(GIS),Internet of Thing and big data,to transform traditional video surveillance into AI intelligent 3D virtual panoramic integrated management and control based on 5G transmission BIM+GIS.It can combine 2D map scenes and 3D virtual scenes with the BIM+GIS model to realize deep fusion with video.Seamless linkage with other subsystems,reuse of business functions,early warning of abnormal events and behaviors,and real-time mutual operation can be realized.Omni-directional,regional and intelligent immersive roaming integrated management and control can be achieved.Intelligent video surveillance thoroughly separates the passive state of"monitoring"and"control"to the direction of active,autonomous and humanized all-intelligent video surveillance.
