摘要
新零售背景下化妆品门店的体验和仓储功能增强,传统的选址指标体系已经不适应当下化妆品门店的选址。通过文献分析和实地调研,建立新零售背景下化妆品门店的选址指标体系,采用直觉模糊层次分析法对相应指标的权重进行排序并选取最优方案,并采用灰色关联分析从客观角度上验证选址结果的准确性。实例分析表明,新零售背景下选址要优先考虑配送覆盖范围和门店租金成本,更新了传统选址逻辑,对于新零售背景下门店选址和提高运营效率有一定的借鉴意义。
In the context of new retail, the experience and storage function of cosmetics stores are enhanced, and the traditional site selection index system can no longer adapt to the current site selection of cosmetics stores. Through literature analysis and field research, the site selection index system of cosmetics stores under the new retail background is established.The weight of corresponding indexes is sorted by intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the optimal scheme is selected. The accuracy of site selection results is verified by grey correlation analysis from an objective perspective. The case analysis shows that distribution coverage and store rental cost should be given priority in the location selection under the new retail background. The updated traditional location logic has certain reference significance for the location selection of stores and the improvement of operation efficiency under the new retail background.
