摘要
护理质量管理贯穿于整个活动过程中的操作技术和监视活动,护理敏感指标作为评价和监测影响患者结果的护理管理、护理服务、组织促进等的标准,可对护理结果进行监测。该研究围绕护理敏感指标,对护理敏感指标在护理质量管理中的应用及研究进行综述,先概述了护理敏感指标,接着给出了护理敏感指标的内容,然后具体分析了护理敏感指标的编制,分别从指标的获取、指标的编制方法、指标的评价展开具体论述,最终进行总结,分析存在的问题,进行不断完善,以期为制订护理质量指标有序、敏感,评价科学性和公平性的护理敏感指标提供思路,并为有关研究提供可行性参考和借鉴。
Nursing quality management runs through the operation technology and monitoring activities in the whole process of activities.Nursing-sensitive indicators serve as standards for evaluating and monitoring nursing management,nursing services,organizational promotion,etc.that affect patient outcomes,and can monitor nursing outcomes.This study focuses on nursing sensitive indicators,and summarizes the application and research of nursing sensitive indicators in nursing quality management.Firstly,the nursing sensitive index is summarized,and then the content of nursing sensitive index is given.Then it analyzes the compilation of nursing sensitive indicators in detail.From the acquisition of the index,the method of index preparation,and the evaluation of the index are discussed in detail.Finally,make a summary,analyze the existing problems,and continue to improve.It is expected to provide ideas for formulating nursing quality indicators that are orderly and sensitive,and evaluate scientific and fair nursing sensitive indicators,and provide feasible reference and reference for relevant research.
