“5G云+VR”技术在眼眶解剖教学及手术培训中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对眼眶部结构复杂,多数组织位于眶内,无法直观开展教学,同时一些虚拟仿真教学系统存在依赖高端PC、同一时间学习人数受限、易出现卡顿、不支持实时交互操作等问题,基于“5G云+VR”技术设计开发了眼眶解剖教学及手术培训系统,该系统构建了虚拟眼眶及眶内容物模型,将相关的发病原因及手术方案等教学重点和难点融入虚拟教学和临床培训中,并将仿真内容部署到5G云上,为虚拟仿真教学系统网络化开辟了新的思路与技术支持。使用者能够通过反复的虚拟操作,全面、深入地认识和理解眼眶组织解剖结构;突破目前虚拟仿真技术在同一时间受训人数和时空上的限制,实现了多终端供多用户无时空限制流畅使用,同时也提高了学生的学习兴趣和学习效果。 In view of the complex anatomy of the orbit,most of the tissues are located in the orbit,it leads to students cannot be learned directly.At the same time,some virtual simulation teaching systems rely on high-end PC,the number of learners is limited at a time period,there is a jam,and real-time interactive operation is not supported.In this study,based on the“5 G cloud+VR”technology,the orbital planning teaching and operation training system is designed and developed.The key points and difficulties of teaching,such as etiology and operation plan,are integrated into the virtual teaching and clinical training,and the simulation content is deployed to 5 G cloud.The solution of virtual simulation teaching system networking is given.Through repeated virtual operation,users can fully and deeply understand the anatomical structure of orbital tissue;break through the limitations of current virtual simulation technology on the number of trainees and time and space at the same time.The systemrealizes the smooth use of multiple terminals for multiple users without time and space restrictions,which has a certain reference for exploring the application of virtual reality technology in medical training.
