摘要
综合管廊安全计算机(Utility Tunnel Vital Computer,UTVC)是保障综合管廊可靠运行和交通安全的关键装备,对其进行有效的可靠性分析是极端重要的。本文针对具有Weibull寿命分布和对数正态维修分布的UTVC可靠性分析问题,提出了基于数据样本集的寿命分布和维修时间分布参数的计算方法和基于Monte Carlo的UTVC可靠性仿真分析方法。通过案例分析验证了所提出方法在给定资源代价优化UTVC可靠性、给定计算节点可用性优化维修设施冗余度、以及给定计算节点可用性下维修分布和寿命分布优化三个方面的有效性。
Utility tunnel vital computer( UTVC) is the key equipment to ensure the reliable operation and traffic safety of utility tunnel. It is extremely important to analyze its reliability effectively. Aiming at the reliability analysis of UTVC with Weibull life distribution and lognormal maintenance distribution,based on the typical UTVC reliability model,this paper proposes the method of calculating the life distribution and maintenance time distribution parameters based on the data sample set,and the method of analyzing the reliability of UTVC based on Monte Carlo simulation. Through case analysis,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in three aspects: optimizing UTVC reliability at a given resource cost,optimizing maintenance facility redundancy at a given computing node availability,and optimizing maintenance distribution and life distribution at a given computing node availability.
