摘要
文章主要研究了在实验室条件下枯草芽孢杆菌对水中氨氮的分解效果。实验以采用水中添加(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)作为研究对象,添加不同量的枯草芽孢杆菌,对氨氮进行降解。结果表明,采用枯草芽孢杆菌处理水,水质中的NH_(3)-N去除率达63.75%。
This article mainly studied the effect of Bacillus subtilis on the decomposition of ammonia nitrogen in water under laboratory conditions.In the experiment,(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) was added to water as the research object,and different amounts of Bacillus subtilis were added to degrade ammonia nitrogen.The results showed that the removal rate of NH^(3)-N in water was 63.75%when Bacillus subtilis was used to treat water.
