摘要
为确定某金矿石的合理开发利用工艺,对常规浮选流程、尼尔森重选+常规浮选流程、快速浮选+常规浮选流程分别进行了研究。结果表明,矿石采用常规浮选流程可获得金品位62.95 g/t、回收率92.44%的金精矿,尼尔森重选+常规浮选流程可获得金品位为63.08 g/t、回收率为92.45%的总金精矿,快速浮选+常规浮选流程可获得金品位为62.33 g/t、回收率为93.89%的总金精矿;从流程合理性和总体效益上说,快速浮选+常规浮选流程更好,宜作为后续设计依据。
In order to determine the reasonable development and utilization process of a gold ore,the conventional flotation process,Nielsen gravity separation+conventional flotation process,and rapid flotation+conventional flotation process were studied,respectively.The results showed that gold concentrate with gold grade of 62.95 g/t and recovery rate of 92.44%could be obtained by using the conventional flotation process,and total gold concentrate with gold grade of 63.08 g/t and recovery rate of 92.45%could be obtained by Nielsen gravity separation+conventional flotation process.The total gold concentrate with gold grade of 62.33 g/t and the recovery rate of 93.89%could be obtained by the rapid flotation+conventional flotation process.Rapid flotation+conventional flotation process is better and should be used as the basis for subsequent design in terms of process rationality and overall benefits.
