干接盖梁预制拼装技术的施工应用 被引量:4

摘要 随着城市高架桥梁预制拼装技术的普及,出现了一些新的工艺难点。比如大悬臂桥盖梁尺寸大、重量大,给盖梁的运输和吊装都带来了极大的困难,于是节段预制拼装盖梁技术逐渐成为适应大体量施工需求的新技术。超重盖梁干接技术将一榀盖梁分为三段配套预制,然后分段运输至现场,再进行空中拼接。该技术解决了超重盖梁运输难度大的问题。同时由于分段构件重量较轻,采用吊机型号也较低,降低了施工成本和安全风险。结合龙东大道改建工程预制拼装技术的应用,介绍干接盖梁预制拼装的施工工艺及质量控制措施,为国内同类预制拼装高架项目的设计和施工提供参考。 With the wide application of prefabrication and assembly technology of urban viaduct,there are some new technical difficulties.For example,the large size and weight of long-cantilever bent cap bring the huge difficulties to the transportation and hoisting of bent cap.Then the segmental prefabricated and assembled bent cap technology has gradually become a new technology to meet the needs of mass construction.The epoxy mortar assemble technology of overweight bent cap is to divide a bent cap into three segments for prefabrication,then transported to the site by segments and assembled in the air.This technology solves the difficult problem to transport the overweight bent cap.At the same time,due to the light weight of segmented components,the type of crane is also lower,which reduces the construction cost and safety risk.Combined with the application of prefabrication and assembly technology in the reconstruction project of Longdong Avenue,the construction technology and quality control measures of epoxy mortar prefabrication and assembly of bent cap are introduced,which provide reference for the design and construction of similar prefabricated and assembled viaduct projects in China.
