摘要
目的:分析研究中医针灸结合推拿手法治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病患者疗效、血流动力学各项指标的影响。方法:随机选取山东省煤炭泰山疗养院自2018年12月-2020年12月收治的患有椎动脉型颈椎病的患者94例,随机分为两组。对照组:对患者采用常规针灸手段进行治疗;试验组:在对照组常规针灸治疗基础上,对患者结合推拿手法进行治疗。最终对比两组患者的患者疗效、血流动力学各项指标及中医证候情况等。结果:试验组患者治疗后总有效率情况明显优于对照组患者,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的血流动力学各项指标情况均好于对照组患者,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的中医证候积分得分情况明显少于对照组患者,表明试验组的疗效更好,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对患有椎动脉型颈椎病的患者采用中医针灸结合推拿手法进行治疗,可以明显改善患者的症状,提高患者的生活质量,治疗效果良好,安全性较好,值得临床推广。
Objective:To analyze and study the effects of acupuncture combined with massage on the curative effect and hemodynamic indexes of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 94 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis admitted to Shandong Coal Taishan Sanatorium from December 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group patients were treated with conventional acupuncture and the experimental group patients were treated with acupuncture combined with massage on the basis of conventional acupuncture treatment of the control group.Finally,the efficacy,hemodynamic indicators and TCM symptoms of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The hemodynamic indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with massage can significantly relieve the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,the treatment effect is good and it has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
